Refund Policy

 

30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it for a full refund. You do not need to give a reason. We pay the return shipping.

 

Your statutory right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you have a statutory right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. CinemaHub voluntarily extends this period to 30 days. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

 

How to start a return

Email info@cinemahub.info with your order number. We will send you a return label at our cost. Do not send anything back before contacting us.

 

Condition of returned items

The projector must be complete and in resellable condition. You may unpack and test it, exactly as you could in a shop. Keeping the original packaging makes the return easier but is not required.

 

Refunds

Once we receive the returned projector we refund the full purchase price within 14 days, to the same payment method you used. You will receive an email when the refund is issued. Depending on your bank it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.

 

Faulty or damaged products

If your projector arrives damaged or develops a fault, email info@cinemahub.info with your order number and a photo. You are covered by the 2-year EU legal guarantee. We will arrange a repair, a replacement or a refund.
