Pricing

All prices are shown in euros and include Dutch VAT. Shipping within the Netherlands is free. No additional charges are added at checkout.

 

Guarantees

A 30-day money-back guarantee: a full refund if you are not satisfied, and we pay the return shipping. In addition you have the statutory EU legal guarantee of 2 years, covering products that do not conform to what was advertised.

 

Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to the Netherlands only. Shipping is free on every order. Delivery is typically within 3 to 5 business days. Tracking information is sent by email.

 

Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. CinemaHub voluntarily extends this period to 30 days and pays the return shipping. Email info@cinemahub.info before the period ends. We refund within 14 days of receiving the product back, using your original payment method.

 

Warranty claims

If your projector develops a fault, email info@cinemahub.info with a photo and a description of the problem. We will arrange a repair or a replacement.

 

Product limitations

The projector is designed for dim or dark rooms and its image quality degrades in bright light. It has no built-in battery and requires mains power; a 65W adapter is included. The remote requires 2 AAA batteries, which are not included.

 

Liability

CinemaHub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under EU or Dutch law.
