Shipping Policy

 

Where we ship

CinemaHub currently ships to addresses in the Netherlands only. We are working on opening up the rest of the EU. Until then, an order can only be placed with a Dutch delivery address.

 

Cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order value and no additional charge is added at checkout.

 

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched on the next business day.

 

Delivery time

Delivery is typically 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

 

Tracking

A tracking link is sent to your email address as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within 2 business days of your order confirmation, email info@cinemahub.info.

 

Customs and duties

Your order ships from within the Netherlands, so there are no customs charges or import duties.

 

Damaged or lost shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email info@cinemahub.info with your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
